Hi everyone,

My name is Karen Bergen.

I've worked as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 25 years.

I'm also certified in:

I've always gravitated toward healing therapies, as I needed help myself after being hit by a car when I was young. 

In particular, I experienced a fractured skull, with most of the damage taking place on my left temporal lobe, our speech centre.  However, 15 surgeries later, I'm doing okay.

As of late, due to some eye surgery, I have decrease my work load, and unfortunately for the moment, only work part time.

However, once Covid is over, I hope to be teaching yoga classes again.  

Both of these classes are 8 weeks long, and ideal for beginners. 

1.  Life Class:  Learning how to live with life's little lessons through mindfulness and movement, in order to grow & go with the flow.

2.   Friday Unwind:  Long held relaxing poses, all done lying on the floor.  Perfect for beginners, and anyone winding down the work week.
